The Franklin County Circuit Court Clerk now offers web access to court case information in Circuit and General Sessions Courts on a subscription basis. This service allows users to view case information including; case filings, service of process, charges, court dockets, hearings, attorneys, fees, payment history, rule dockets, execution dockets and court dockets. The information is available 24 hours a day. The information in the system is updated every night at 8:00 p.m.
Obtaining a Subscription
Contact the Franklin County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office to obtain a user name and password for access.
Subscription Cost
The fee for the subscription is currently $350.00 per year.
