Franklin County Circuit Court Clerk

Effective July 1, 2014, all probate matters currently under the jurisdiction of the Franklin County General Sessions Court will transfer to the Franklin County Chancery Court. In addition, all clerical duties and responsibilities for the Franklin County Probate Court currently exercised by the Franklin County Circuit Court Clerk will transfer to the Franklin County Clerk and Master.  If you have any probate matters that can be closed, it might be helpful to do so before July 1^st.
