Purpose: The public is invited to attend the educational program conducted by Jeff Harmon, Public Defender for the 12th Judicial District. The educational program shall provide information and assistance with the expungement process generally and the expungement process established pursuant to T.C. A. 40-32-101(g) (Tennessee Public Acts 2012, PC 1103).
