Circuit Court Clerk Robert Baggett received an award recently at the County Officials Association of Tennessee Conference in Murfresboro, TN. Robert received a plaque for recognition of dedicated service and outstanding leadership as the outgoing President of the Middle Tennessee Division for the State Court Clerk’s Association of Tennessee. Robert served as President in 2012/2013.
